Trump and Clinton Lead Latest One America News Network National Poll

Big Leads for Trump and Clinton over 2016 Primary Rivals

WASHINGTON, July 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- One America News Network, "OAN", a credible source for 24/7 national and international news, released today its most recent 2016 Republican and Democratic Presidential National Poll results conducted by Gravis Marketing. The poll results show that GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump has a significant lead with 30.8% support among Republicans. Presidential Candidate Jeb Bush comes in second with 13.3%, trailing Trump by a margin of 17.5%. Scott Walker earned the third spot, receiving 12.5% followed by Ben Carson with 6.1%. Mike Huckabee rounds out the top five with 5.6%.

Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton leads with a commanding 54.9% with Bernie Sanders the only other candidate in the double digit range with 18.4%. The only other announced Democrat Presidential Candidate to achieve more than 5% is Jim Webb at 5.1%.

The recently conducted One America News national poll results show overall unfavorable job approval sentiment for President Obama, with a split down Party lines. President Obama's overall approval rating is 44% with his disapproval rating at 51%.

Relativity Receives Approval for First Day Motions

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. and NEW YORK, July 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Beverly Hills, Calif. and New York, NY (July 31, 2015) - Relativity Media LLC ("Relativity") today announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Court") has entered orders approving the Company's First Day Motions to allow Relativity to maintain its business operations throughout the confirmation process.

The Court authorized Relativity to continue the payment of wages, salaries, employee benefits and other processes important to maintain business continuity during the reorganization period. The Court also entered orders approving Relativity's request to use $9.5 million in interim funding prior to an August 14(th )hearing on the $45 million in debtor-in-possession ("DIP") financing provided by a group of the company's prepetition lenders.

In this modern love story about two galaxy-crossed teens from different worlds, Gardner Elliot, the first human born on Mars, is secretly raised in an experimental colony on the red planet after his astronaut mother dies during childbirth. Sixteen years later, Gardner begins an online romance with a girl living in Colorado and hatches a plan to travel across the universe to meet her. Now, on the run, with Earth's gravity threatening his very existence, Gardner must race against time and nature to find his love and win her heart. Once united, the two teens venture to seek out the enigmatic billionaire who funded the original expedition to Mars, in hopes of uncovering information about Gardner's mother and the mysterious circumstances surrounding how Gardner came into existence.

PHOENIX, July 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Newmark Grubb Knight Frank (NGKF) and Phoenix's first television studio, KPHO, announced the sale of its long-time station and studio at 4016 N. Black Canyon Highway. The unique space and former home of the Wallace and Ladmo show, encompassing 44,039 square feet on 3.96 acres, was sold for $1,925,000 or $43.71 per square foot to Treatment Assessment Screening Center, Inc. NGKF's Managing Directors Geoffrey Waldrom and Erik Marsh represented the seller in the transaction.

"Originally built for KPHO, the station is outfitted in a classic 1970s-era construction," commented Waldrom. "We understood the uniqueness of the retro build-out and the appeal of the asset's local history. The knack was to price it appropriately, gauge the desirability for the right user, and to provide diligent service during the marketing process, effectively conveying the asset's potential and value."

Treatment Assessment Screening Center, an interdisciplinary organization devoted to substance abuse and mental health assessment and treatment, purchased the building for $43.71 per square foot, coming very close to the evaluated asking price of $45.00 per square foot. The Non-profit will make its new home in the more than 44,000 square feet of office space while enjoying secure parking and immediate highway access and visibility.

Perhaps best known for its local children's television show, KPHO created The Wallace and Ladmo Show in 1955 to showcase afternoon cartoons. Beloved by local children - in particular, the two who grew up to eventually sell the television studio - the Wallace and Ladmo Show was one of the longest-running, daily, locally produced children's television shows in American broadcasting and a consistent local Emmy recipient until it went off the air in 1989. "We both attended the show as part of the live studio audience, me as a Cub Scout in the 80's," remarked Marsh, "In the same building we sold."

KPHO entered the Phoenix market in 1949, originally broadcasting three networks: ABC, NBC and Dumont. The station's first location was the iconic Westward Ho building on Central Avenue in Downtown Phoenix - where one can still see the original broadcasting tower, now used as a cell phone tower. The national economic survey looks at the fiscal impact of 48 of Insomniac's events produced between 2010 and 2014. The report found that attendees had a total spending impact of $2.28 billion from 2010-2014 with direct spending totaling $866.3 million, a number that reflects funds used for local transportation, entertainment, food and beverage and accommodations. The 48 festivals supported the equivalent of more than 25,000 jobs, translating into more than $1 billion in labor income for workers and an estimated $181.1 million in taxes for state and local governments. The total Insomniac spending impact came to $890 million with direct spending equaling $327.4 million, excluding talent costs.

Significant fiscal impacts were made in each region of the country where events were held including in San Bernardino, Calif. which received an amazing impact of $440 million from festivals like Nocturnal Wonderland, Escape All Hallows' Eve and Beyond Wonderland. The New York and New Jersey areas benefited to the tune of $215 million while the city of Orlando, Fla. saw a $126 million impact. The Las Vegas area reaped a whopping $1.7 billion.
