In addition to Freestyle Motocross, a different new show will be featured each weekend.

The Big O Tires Concert Series also returns in a big way with FREE concerts every night at 8 p.m. This year's lineup includes top acts such as War, The Beach Boys, Brian McKnight, Tanya Tucker, Kansas, Tower of Power, Rodney Atkins, Con Funk Shun, Foghat, Tierra, Morris Day & The Time and The Original Wailers.

For those who like being up close to the action, the popular "early entry" wristbands, introduced last year, will be back in 2015. The special bands will be distributed to the first 400 in line daily starting at 2-3 p.m. for each concert. A special effects show with video tribute to local heroes will immediately follow the concerts each night.

The 4(th) of July Fireworks Spectacular comes back in grand style, this time, set to live music performed by the Oakland East Bay Symphony. The Blues Festival runs all day from 1 p.m. - 9 p.m., followed by the Fireworks Spectacular at 9:30 p.m.

The Fair will celebrate Father's Day, Sunday, June 21, with special attractions and promotions just for dads, including Brew Haven, a craft beer festival held during the first week of the Fair.

Fans of fair food can also look forward to the return of the SNACKDOWN, where food vendors offer up new menu items to compete for the prized championship belt. A live judging event to decide the champions will be held at the Fair on Friday, June 19 at 4 p.m.

The 2015 Fair runs Wednesday, June 17 through Sunday, July 5, and is open Tuesday through Sunday each week. As in past years, Opening Day attendees will enjoy $1 admission and $1 rides, until 5 p.m.

Fair Favorites will be back including horseracing, exhibits, animals, food, rides, games, pig races, kids' attractions, special event days and more. Listeners will hear exclusive shows hosted by past Masters champions and - for the first time - audio from the Augusta National archives.

Masters Week on SiriusXM programming is available to subscribers on satellite radios (Sirius channel 208, XM channel 93), on the SiriusXM app and at SiriusXM.com.

Listeners will hear live hole-by-hole commentary from Augusta National starting at 2:00 pm ET each day of play - Thursday, April 9, through Sunday, April 12 - that will follow the action on the course and provide updates on players moving up and down the leaderboard.

In addition to Tournament play-by-play, SiriusXM will have access - for the first time - to Augusta National's exclusive archives and will give fans access to rarely heard audio on a special Masters Preview show. Airing at 12:00 pm ET on Monday, the show will allow the audience to re-live the history of one of the greatest events in sports, and will feature Tournament highlights and interviews with legendary champions going back more than half a century.

'Sticky Fingers' was recorded in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Stargroves, Mick's country home and Olympic Studios in London and produced by regular confidant Jimmy Miller. 'Sticky Fingers' was released shortly after the Stones became exiled in the south of France, leaving Britain after a sensational farewell tour. It also featured some of the most ground breaking artwork in rock history by Andy Warhol with its famous working zip on the front cover. Recreated in the Super Deluxe and Double Vinyl Deluxe Editions of the new package.

'Sticky Fingers' has been repeatedly hailed as one of the Stones' all-time great albums, capturing their trademark combination of swagger and tenderness in a superb collection. It continued the incredible outpouring of creative energy that had produced 1968's 'Beggars Banquet' and 'Let It Bleed' in 1969. After 'Sticky Fingers', the Stones' relocation to the south of France led to the double album masterpiece 'Exile On Main St.' The highly acclaimed 'Sticky Fingers' showcased the ever more inventive song writing of Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and formidable guitar licks from Mick Taylor.

The new editions of 'Sticky Fingers' follow the worldwide critical and commercial success of the Stones' two previous deluxe reissues, for 'Exile' itself (which took the album back to No. 1 in the UK in 2010, 38 years after it first topped the chart) and the 1978 classic 'Some Girls,' repackaged in 2011.

As with those expanded releases, millions of Stones devotees will be hugely excited by not only the original album but the generous selection of previously unavailable material contained within the Deluxe and Super Deluxe formats. These include the alternative version of the chart-topping single 'Brown Sugar' featuring Eric Clapton; unreleased interpretations of 'Bitch,' 'Can't You Hear Me Knocking' and 'Dead Flowers'; an acoustic take on the anthemic 'Wild Horses', and five tracks recorded live at The Roundhouse in 1971 including 'Honky Tonk Women' and 'Midnight Rambler.'

The Super Deluxe edition will also house 'Get Yer Leeds Lungs Out!' the 13-track audio recording of the Stones' gig in Leeds in March 1971, shortly before their "exile" in France began. The set included versions of the just-completed 'Brown Sugar,' 'Bitch' and 'Dead Flowers,' one of their many authentic forays into country music territory.

There's also a chance to see two numbers from the band's famous Marquee Club show of March 26, 1971. Other features of the Super Deluxe Edition include a beautiful 120 page hardback book complete with real zip, featuring new liner notes and many rare and unseen photographs from the era plus a print, postcard set and more.

The first sessions that led to 'Sticky Fingers' took place as far back as December 1969, in the remote location of Muscle Shoals Sound Studios, Alabama. The band then reconvened, back home in the UK both at Olympic and with the Rolling Stones Mobile parked up at Mick Jagger's Stargroves home.

On April 23, 1971, 504 days after that first session in Alabama, 'Sticky Fingers' was released, cheered on by media and public alike. "It is the latest beautiful chapter in the continuing story of the greatest rock group in the world," wrote Rolling Stone.

As the album hit the shops that spring, 'Brown Sugar' hit the charts, and by early May, 'Sticky Fingers' had become the band's sixth UK #1 LP. Its four-week reign was matched by its performance in the US, and it also raced to the top in Australia, Canada and through much of Europe. As the aura grew around this essential part of the Stones' epic story, the album was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame and became one of their four titles in the top 100 of Rolling Stone's critics' poll of the 500 greatest albums of all time.

During his lifetime in the music industry, Grainge has been involved in the careers of worldwide stars including ABBA, Jay-Z, Katy Perry, Queen, Rihanna, The Rolling Stones, Sam Smith and U2. Grainge joined Universal Music in 1986 to launch PolyGram Music Publishing UK and became general manager of A&R and business affairs at Polydor in 1993, rising to managing director of the British record label in 1997. Grainge was subsequently appointed deputy chairman of Universal Music UK, and then, in 2001, chairman and CEO. In 2005, he was named chairman and chief executive officer of Universal Music Group International, with responsibility for global operations outside the U.S. In 2011, after assuming his current position, Grainge led UMG's successful acquisition of the legendary British music company EMI, revitalizing its iconic Capitol Records, and, in the process, further strengthening UMG's position as the global leader in music.

Grainge has been recognized for his many achievements throughout the years. In 2015 and 2013, he topped Billboard Magazine's "Power 100" as the most powerful executive in the music business, the only person to twice hold that distinction. In 2014, he was awarded the President's Merit Award by The Recording Academy. For his service to global creative industries, he was recognized in Britain's New Years Honors and awarded Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2010. New Mexico filmmaker Kyle Karges holds nothing back in a film about 'America's dirtiest secret'

His upcoming documentary is called 50 States of RAPE and the project launch coincides with April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

Under the guidance of executive producer Mark Medoff, Karges dares to take on this monstrous subject. Medoff is the author of 26 plays and 11 movies, including Clara's Heart, Off Beat and City of Joy. Medoff won a Tony Award in 1980 for his play, Children of a Lesser God.

"We're going to take on the unspoken and often scoffed-at culture of rape in America," says Karges. "It's more widespread than you think and it exists everywhere. This is the only film that portrays the entire rape culture and documents how rape is dealt with in America."

Karges plans to visit all 50 states (hence the film's title), interviewing victims of sexual assault and the people working tirelessly to end this problem. His goal is a minimum 1,000 interviews.

Gray Television Completes $175.6 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

ATLANTA, March 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gray Television, Inc. ("Gray," "we," "us," "our" or the "Company") (NYSE: GTN and GTN.A) announced today that it has completed its previously announced underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $13.00 per share. Gray issued a total of 13.5 million shares of common stock including 1.5 million shares pursuant to the partial exercise of the underwriter over-allotment option. The offering closed on March 31, 2015.

The gross proceeds from the offering are approximately $175.6 million excluding underwriting discounts, commissions and transaction expenses. We placed the net proceeds from the offering in our corporate treasury for general corporate purposes, and such net proceeds may be used from time to time for, among other things, repayment of outstanding debt, capital expenditures, the financing of possible future business expansions and acquisitions, increasing our working capital and the financing of ongoing operating expenses and overhead.
