The show

Michael Jackson ONE is a sonic, tonic fusion of acrobatics, dance and visuals that takes the audience on an immersive journey through the music and spirit of Michael Jackson.

Driven by Michael's powerful, multi-layered music – heard like never before in a riveting, state-of-the-art surround-sound environment – ONE takes the audience through a series of seamless visual and musical tableaux, at the heart of a world that is in turn majestic, playful, magical and heart-warming.

In Michael Jackson ONE, Michael's artistry and spirit are expressed through the vibrant energy of the cast of 63 dancers and performers, underscored by aerial performance, driving acrobatics, and vivid choreographies that use the urban/hip hop idiom as a springboard for exploration.

ONE is a heartfelt tribute to the work, innovative spirit, and legacy of Michael Jackson – the King of Pop, the genius, the visionary, the One.

The name

Michael Jackson believed that all people are unique and equal, regardless of race or culture. His message was one of unity, harmony and hope for a better world. It is a fitting title for a unifying journey into the world of the King of Pop, the genius, the visionary, the One.

Along with Jamie King—who started his career as a dancer on Michael's Dangerous World Tour and also directed the arena touring show Michael Jackson THE IMMORTALWorld Tourby Cirque du Soleil— Michael Jackson ONEwill bring together the creative minds behind the Michael Jackson Estate, John Branca and John McClain, and the diverse talents of the following creators:

Coptic Solidarity Conference Recommends New Policy Towards Egypt

Coptic Solidarity Conference Recommends New Policy Towards Egypt

WASHINGTON, June 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ --

Coptic Solidarity recently held its fourth Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
titled "To What Extent Will the U.S. and the International Community Support an Islamist
Government in Egypt?"

Renowned speakers shared expertise and recommendations clarifying priorities facing
the increasingly marginalized Coptic community and the embattled people of Egypt. Speakers
included 81st Attorney General, Judge Michael Mukasey; Canada's Religious Freedom
Ambassador, Dr. Andrew Bennett; R. James Woolsey, Former Director of Central Intelligence;
Baroness Cox, Member of UK House of Lords; a total of 9 Members of Congress and
Parliamentarians; Thomas Melia, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State at DRL; author Judith
Miller; leading Egyptian and American experts, and speakers from Russia, UK and Australia.
Altogether, 39 speakers shared their views.

The conference included a Policy Education Day on Capitol Hill followed by a second
day at a hotel. Coptic Solidarity president, Adel Guindy, opened the conference stating,
"America could be on the wrong side of history by its continued support for a fascistic
regime that is rejected by the Egyptian people," and warned against the banality of evil.

Melia contended the US has been proactive in supporting democracy and human rights in
Egypt, yet the Egyptian government has not heeded all of their suggestions. He claimed the
Administration has to provide incentives for Egypt. Yet the Administration remains
unconvinced that withholding the aid that Secretary Kerry just released to Egypt, would
have been sufficient inducement for the Morsi Regime to protect human rights and operate
democratically.

Coptic Solidarity released recommendations from the conference. These include:
opposition groups in Egypt must unite in efforts to defeat the Muslim Brotherhood by all
peaceful and political means, rewriting of a constitution compatible with international
standards and the fundamentals of modern state, resist the newly proposed NGO law before
it curtails civil society any further, press the State Department to designate Egypt as a
'Country of Particular Concern' this year followed by measures "with teeth" such as
conditioning of foreign aid, and support passage of both House and Senate bills for the
Creation of a Special Envoy to Promote Religious freedom in the Near East and S. Central
Asia. View all recommendations and conference recap>>

Martin Surges To Lead At Walmart FLW Tour At Lake Chickamauga Presented By Chevy

Martin Surges To Lead At Walmart FLW Tour At Lake Chickamauga Presented By Chevy

Tennessee's Morgan Wins Angler of the Year Title

DAYTON, Tenn., June 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Walmart FLW Tour competitors awoke Friday to a thick blanket of fog covering Lake Chickamauga. After approximately a two-hour delay, anglers were allowed to start day two of the Walmart FLW Tour at Lake Chickamauga presented by Chevy. Pro Casey Martin of New Market, Ala., vaulted to the top of the leaderboard after bringing a five-bass limit to the scales weighing 27 pounds even. His two-day total of 49 pounds, 15 ounces gives him a comfortable 7-pound, 9-ounce lead over Chevy pro Larry Nixon of Bee Branch, Ark., heading into the third day of competition in the four-day tournament that features the world's best bass-fishing anglers casting for the top cash award of up to $125,000.

Link to photo of pro leader Casey Martin

"I came here just wanting to have fun," said Martin, who is fishing his rookie season as a pro on the FLW Tour. "I am on the borderline of whether or not I will qualify for the Forrest Wood Cup, and today I was blessed. This morning I ran to my first spot and was catching them on every single cast. It was awesome."

Martin said that he started fishing the same water that he did yesterday, a 15-foot ledge that comes out off of a bank with a steep break on one side of it. He said that he shared the area with multiple anglers and was forced to fish in the crowd.

"Everyone wants their spots to themselves, but coming up from the co-angler program really helped me," Martin said. "I'm used to having to catch them behind the Mark Rose's and J.T. Kenney's. I didn't mind fishing in the crowd."

Martin said that he caught a limit on a Picasso School-E-Rig at his first area. For the rest of the day, he said he alternated between a Ozark Special-colored ¾-ounce Omega Custom Tackle Football Head jig and a Strike King Lures Sexy Blue Back Herring-colored 10XD crankbait.

"They will only bite the School-E-Rig at my first spot," Martin continued. "I caught around 17 pounds, and then I went to my second area. I caught a 6- and 7-pounder right away and got out of there. I'm going to try to save them for Sunday, if I make it. I haven't seen anyone else fishing it, so we'll see.

"When I made the cut at Okeechobee, I was star struck and just happy to be in the top 20," Martin went on to say. "Now that I've bombed a few times, I want to win."

Martin is the star of FLW's Internet reality show "Circuit Breaker" which can be viewed at FLW's YouTube channel. "Circuit Breaker" follows Martin at every FLW Tour stop and documents the rookie's ups and downs during his first season fishing the FLW Tour.

Media Advisory - Cinespace Film Studios to host Canada Day celebrations in Chicago and Independence Day celebrations in Toronto

Media Advisory - Cinespace Film Studios to host Canada Day celebrations in Chicago and Independence Day celebrations in Toronto

TORONTO, June 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ - In a same-week celebration of
cross-border camaraderie, Cinespace Film Studios will make their
Chicago and Toronto studio facilities available to host both Canada Day
festivities for the Canadian Consulate in Chicago on July 1(st), and Independence Day festivities for the US Consulate in Toronto on
July 3(rd).

Cinespace, currently in its 25(th) year of business, is North America's largest owner and operator of film
and television production space, having expanded into Chicago in 2010
and doubling their property holdings to over 2 million square feet on
over 100 acres.  Cinespace Toronto was approached last November by
staff of the US Consulate in Toronto, seeking an interesting location
for their Independence Day event.  NBC Universal, which produces the
SyFy original series "Warehouse 13" at Cinespace, later cleared use of
their sets for the special day.

"The Cinespace studio facility we have chosen is a singularly unique
venue, and thanks to NBC Universal's kind accommodation of our request,
we will mark Independence Day inside a similarly distinctive and
wonderfully imaginative television series setting", remarked the Consul
General of the United States in Toronto, Jim Dickmeyer.  "It is a most
fitting backdrop given the strong cultural and economic ties between
our two countries, especially those in the film and television
industry, and we are looking forward to a memorable and enjoyable day
at Cinespace where we will celebrate the 237(th) anniversary of the Declaration of Independence of the United States of
America."

Soonafter, in early 2013, Cinespace Founder Nick Mirkopoulos approached
the Canadian Consulate in Chicago, and offered up a similar venue
inside the City Hall set of "Boss", the Starz television series
starring Kelsey Grammer that shot in Chicago for two seasons.  The
show's fictional Chicago City Hall set was acquired from Lionsgate
Television after the series ended and was maintained by Cinespace
Chicago.  "Both the United States and Canada have played roles in our
success as a company", stated Mirkopoulos, "and I can think of no
better way to mark our 25(th) year than to host on-set celebrations for our friends on both sides of
our common border, in the same week".

"We are thrilled to celebrate Canada's national day inside the studio
facilities of a Canadian company that has brought its renowned business
model to the US and is thriving", remarked Canadian Consul General
Gitane De Silva, "This is a testament to the strong bond between Canada
and the United States, and it will be in this spirit of collaboration
and friendship that we will celebrate Canada Day on Monday with our
colleagues and friends in Chicago."

To enter the contest, participants age 21 or older must "Like" Maestro Dobel on Facebook and upload a photo using the form provided. The contest begins on June 28, 2013 and ends July 18, 2013.

In addition to receiving a ringside seat to see 130 of the best bands in the world, each winner and his or her friend will receive a true VIP experience that includes access to all VIP areas, golf cart shuttle transportation, viewing platforms with premium sightlines to take in all the rock-and-roll action, complimentary food and specialty beverages from Lollapalooza sponsors (including Maestro Dobel), reserved air-conditioned restrooms and shaded lounge seating.

Contest entries must include a photo that depicts a "rock-and-roll" moment at a concert, having fun with friends - or any suitable image that unmistakably says, "This contestant rocks!" Contestants can then share their entry and invite their friends to vote for it on Maestro Dobel's Facebook page. Entries will be judged by their creativity and the number of votes each receives.

Singing Machine Announces 25% Increase in Net Sales, $3.1 Million Profit in Fiscal 2013 Annual Report

Singing Machine Announces 25% Increase in Net Sales, $3.1 Million Profit in Fiscal 2013 Annual Report

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., June 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The Singing Machine Company, Inc. ("Singing Machine" or the "Company") (OTCBB: SMDM) today announced financial results for its fiscal year ended March 31, 2013.

For the 2013 fiscal year, the Company reported net sales of $34.4 million compared to $25.9 million in the same period last year, an increase of $8.5 million (25% increase). Gross margin also improved to 23.2% compared to 21.8% in the same period last year. As a result of these improvements, the Company reported a significant increase in income from operations of approximately $1.6 million. The Company also determined that it is more than likely that it will continue to utilize its deferred tax assets to offset future income taxes on profits. Consequently, the Company reversed 50% of its reserve on its deferred tax asset which resulted in an income tax benefit of $1.6 million.

As a result, the Company reported net income for fiscal 2013 of $3.1 million, or $0.08 cents per share, compared to net income of $460,000 in the last fiscal year (an improvement of approximately $2.6 million). The Company's balance sheet also improved significantly as stockholder equity increased to $2.6 million, compared to -$550,000 in the prior year.

The significant improvement in net sales over last year is directly attributed to the Company gaining new retail accounts and growing its dot com distribution to end consumers, which grew by 144% and accounted for 25% of the Company's overall net sales increase.

"Fiscal 2013 was an absolutely unreal year," commented Gary Atkinson, Singing Machine CEO. "In Fiscal 2013 we saw the Company ship a total of almost 1 million karaoke machines or accessories to almost every single major big box retailer in North America. We look forward to building on our success as our team is hard at work on some new, amazing product for the coming year."

Bernardo Melo, VP of Sales & Marketing commented, "We have successfully positioned the Singing Machine brand to be synonymous with home entertainment - an area which is continuing to grow in U.S. homes. With major retailers giving this category more retail shelf space, the Singing Machine brand will continue to play a major role in the future. We will continue to innovate with our product assortment, so stay tuned to see some incredible new things."

About The Singing Machine
