(eWorlde) has formed a strategic alliance with Lady J Live Enterprises and Lady J Live Radio to provide promotional activities as well as original content for eWorlde's Boomerang Media Station.

Lady J Live is one of the premier independent radio producers featuring independent musical artists. She has recently extended her coverage to film as well, including the screening and reviewing of independent and featured films, in addition to attending red carpet premiers where she interviews A- list artists. Lady J Live Radio is dedicated to promoting Independent Music Artists and is broadcast weekly on American Radio Network via KLAS-FM 89.7 in Los Angeles. American Radio Network produces the Kaleidoscope Radio Magazine featuring over 200 weekly music, talk, interview and feature shows that inform/entertain audiences daily on its radio stations. The program has been on the air continuously since it started on a New York station WHBI-FM in 1968. Since then, over 100,000 radio shows have been produced.

eWorlde and Lady J Live have agreed to a series of cross-promotions in which eWorlde will broadcast advertising and promotional clips of Lady J Live Radio on its Boomerang Media Station, and Lady J Enterprises and Lady J Radio will promote eWorlde and Boomerang via radio clips and on its website, http://www.ladyjlive.com/.

Lady J will also produce new and original content to be broadcast on both Lady J Radio and via the Boomerang Media Station, including an exclusive interview with eWorlde's CEO and President Henning Morales. Lady J Live Enterprises has also become an official eWorlde Affiliate, which means Lady J Live Enterprises will be eligible to receive referral fees for its promotion of Boomerang downloads and the revenues produced through advertising activities and product purchases made by any of the Boomerang users it refers.
