Former CIBC World Markets Executive Director Appointed to Fluid Audio Networks Board

LOS ANGELES, June 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Fluid Audio Networks (www.fluidaudio.com), the producer of American Idol Underground, announced today that its board of directors has appointed Paul Pint as vice chairman. Pint comes to Fluid Audio Networks with more than a decade of experience in capital markets, having served for 10 years as Executive Director of Institutional Equity Sales and Equity Private Placements for CIBC World Markets, Inc.

Prior to his time at CIBC, Pint was the National Accounting Manager for MCA Universal Concerts Canada. He is currently an independent corporate director.
