Van den Ende & Deitmers Invests in Fruitlounge Media

AMSTERDAM, October 2/PRNewswire/ -- Van den Ende & Deitmers Crossmedia Fund, the venture capital
fund of Joop van den Ende and Hubert Deitmers, has acquired a 30% interest in
'Fruitlounge Media'. The company develops interactive television formats. Van
den Ende & Deitmers' investment in Fruitlounge Media will enable the company
to accelerate the roll out of its international growth strategy.

Fruitlounge Media was created out of the recent merger between
The Fruitlounge and Marketgraph, two companies with backgrounds in the
development of interactive television formats, broadcast design and real-time
SMS/MMS exploitation services. Clients of Fruitlounge Media are television
broadcasters, producers and advertisers in Europe, North America and South
East Asia.
