Mobile Jam Fest Announces Partnership With MTV

- MTV to host awards ceremony for international mobile film festival at The Masonic Temple -

TORONTO, Sept. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Mobile Jam Fest (MJF), the world's first international mobile youth film festival announces MTV as the host of the MJF Awards Party on November 4 at the legendary Masonic Temple, in downtown Toronto. MJF launches September 8 and is the world's first international mobile youth film festival open to young film-makers from around the world. The winners of MJF will be crowned at an awards ceremony that will include performances by some of the most influential musical artists of today; a line-up will be announced in the following weeks. MTV Live, MTV's daily, live talk show will be on site to interview the performers, participants and winners for coverage on MTV Live and MTV Overdrive.

MTV is also sponsoring the world's first online film school. The school will feature online tutorials from today's most influential young filmmakers. Topics include, Music Video Directing, Producing, Editing, Choreography, Sound Design, Cinematography and many more. MJF Film School is free. It is viewable and downloadable to all mobile devices.
