GTX Global Announces Sale of Dish TV Now
LAS VEGAS, Nev., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- GTX Global Corporation (Pink Sheets: GTXC), a leading provider of innovative IP multimedia technologies that enable profitable IP communications announced today that GTX Global entered an agreement to sell Dish TV Now Inc. to U.S. Trading Corp, Thomas Cullen, President, an investor group located in Naples, Florida.
"GTX Global's recent merger with Yadio will provide the newly combined company, which will be operating under the name of Yadio, with significant revenues beginning in January 2006. These revenues will more than offset any reduction of revenues from the sale of Dish TV Now. More importantly, these revenues will be derived from our core technologies, as opposed from the retail sales of satellite TV," said Len Green, interim President of GTX Global Corporation.
"The sale of Dish TV Now is consistent with our strategy to focus on our innovative, cutting edge technologies," said Green. "We have a wide range of unique technologies that are in high consumer demand. We intend to methodically roll-out these products in a manner that will maximize revenues and profit at the lowest possible expense with the objective of becoming the leader in the VoIP, VVoIP and IP TV industries."
GTX Global is selling Dish TV Now, Inc for $500,000 cash.
