Morningstar Files Amendment to Registration Statement for Proposed IPO

CHICAGO, Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Morningstar, Inc. today announced that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission an amendment to its registration statement relating to the initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.
