IVI Communications, Inc. Announces Acquisition of IBC Wireless Generating $2.5 Million Annual Revenue

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- IVI Communications, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: IVCM) announced today that the Company has completed the acquisition of Internet Business Consulting, Inc. ("IBC").

IBC (www.ibconsulting.com), with annual revenue of $2.5 million, is a leading provider of turn-key wireless networks that has the expertise required to engineer, install, and support wireless applications and solutions. In addition, IBC is a national distributor of wireless computer networking equipment from the industry's leading manufacturers including Alvarion, AirSpan, and Motorola, to ISPs, Local Exchange Carriers, Utilities and Enterprise customers that are realizing the benefits of wireless applications.

Nyhl Henson, CEO of IVI Communications stated, "This strategic acquisition positions IVCM to implement its plan to deploy a nationally branded fixed wireless broadband service." IVI Communications' first objective is to acquire up to 50,000 dialup subscribers in strategic tier-three markets across America. IVCM will operate the ISPs under the local brands but implement administrative centralization to achieve economies of scale and to generate cash flow. It is the Company's goal to grow up to 250,000 subscribers over the next three years through both aggressive marketing and ISP acquisition.
