Wily Technology grew 69 percent year-over-year; on a quarterly basis, Wily grew 130 percent sequentially from Q3 to Q4 2004, and 91 percent over Q4 2003.

Adoption of Wily's pioneering solutions accelerated among Global 2000 enterprises across all industries in 2004. Key new account wins in the fourth quarter included ARAG IT GmbH, Ball Aerospace Technologies, Banque Populaire, BI Performance, BMW North America, Debitel AG, DekaBank, Eurotel, Express Scripts, Groupe Mornay, ISO New England, Orange, Raytheon, Prime Therapeutics, Swiss Life, US Bank, and VR-Leasing AG. Wily's geographic expansion led to rapid growth in international markets including over 400 percent year-over-year growth in Europe.

Through significant new partnerships and agreements, Wily expanded its market coverage and access to its solutions. Additionally, Wily has expanded its global network of systems integrators and resellers for greater penetration in geographic and vertical markets. New partnerships in 2004 include adhoc PES AG, CSC, CrossLogic, eBuilt, E2E Consulting, Haverstick Consulting, Komix, LogicaCMG, Merlin Technical Solutions, Net2S, RFD & Associates and Selesta.
