National Life and Industrial Alliance select CGI for applications management contract
- CGI builds life insurance business with third GTA win of the year
TORONTO, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CGI Group Inc. (CGI) (TSX: GIB.SV.A; NYSE: GIB) today announced the signing of a two-year, binding memorandum of understanding with National Life, a member of the Industrial Alliance Group of Companies. Starting January 1, 2005, CGI will participate in the management of life insurance policy administration and illustration applications as well as corporate systems for National Life. As part of this contract, 42 Toronto- based information technology professionals from National Life will be joining CGI.
