Incentra Solutions Files Form 10-QSB for 2004 Third Quarter, Nine-Month Results

BOULDER, Colo., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Incentra Solutions Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: ICENE) , formerly Front Porch Digital, Inc., announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) its Form 10-QSB for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2004. On November 22, 2004, the Company reported that proforma revenue for this year's third quarter and first nine months increased year-over-year approximately 64 percent to $5.3 million and 36 percent to $13.1 million, respectively. Complete financial results for this year's third quarter and first nine months can be found in the Form 10-QSB.

Chief Financial Officer Paul McKnight said, "As previously announced in November, the delay in filing our 10-QSB for the 2004 third quarter was necessary to provide sufficient time for our new independent accountants to review our financial information. The quarter was extremely complex due to our acquisition during the quarter of ManagedStorage International."
