This Halloween Sky Brings Alice Cooper to Life in 3D Gory Glory

LONDON, October 12, 2011/PRNewswire/ --

Dress Up, Be On TV, Win Cash Prizes - London's Biggest Halloween Party
Comes to Sky

Alice Cooper's Halloween Night of Fear

TX: Monday 31 October Sky Arts and Sky 3D at 9pm

Sky 3D [http://www.sky.com/shop/tv/3d ] and Sky Arts will bring viewers
the fright of their lives as Alice Cooper, the undisputed king of rock
horror hits UK screens for the first time in 3D in Alice Cooper's Halloween
Night of Fear.

Alice Cooper is taking over this year's Halloween with a sensational
concert featuring show stopping performances filmed in 3D. Cooper has
specially selected three of the UK's most dangerous performers to appear
with him on stage. Their bizarre acts will feature guillotines, electric
chairs, blood special effects and fire-eaters. With this added dose of
British barbarity, this remarkable concert will be the most spooktacular
Halloween celebration of them all. Alice Cooper's Halloween Night of Fear
concert will be recorded at Alexandra Palace with supporting performances by
New York Dolls and Arthur Brown, on the 29th October.

Fans will be integral to the atmosphere on the night as they are invited
to compete for prizes in a huge Halloween costume party. Cash prizes will be
awarded to the most spectacular, stomach-churning costume choice on show.

With added trick and treats, Cooper will introduce the
critically-acclaimed New York Dolls as his support act as well as a freakish
performance by hellraiser Arthur Brown. Steve Hunter, legendary sideman to
Lou Reed and Alice, joins in on stage for an unprecedented three guitar
attack which also takes in guitar prodigy Orianthe for her UK debut with the
band, pushing the group and audience to new heights.

Alice is celebrating the release of his new album, Welcome 2 My
Nightmare, the sequel to his 1975 classic Welcome To My Nightmare.

"We work hard to gross out audiences all over the world but also to play
some of the best rock n roll on the planet," says Alice, "If you can't be at
Alexandra Palace, to see it in 3D is the next best thing to being there. We
will make sure to throw plenty of gore into your living room and it is
fantastic for the fans to be able to show off their costume creations on TV
and in 3D!"

John Cassy, Sky 3D's channel director commented, "Alice Cooper's
Halloween Night of Fear, a concert performance made for Sky 3D, will
transform viewers' living rooms into a real Halloween spectacle. Fans of all
things macabre will get the fright of their lives in a whole new dimension -
and without the need for trick or treaters."

The concert is billed as the biggest Halloween costume party in London
with thousands of fans turning up in fancy dress. Sky
[http://www.sky.com/shop ] will broadcast all the action as freaks, banshees
and zombies descend on Alexandra Palace for a remarkable performance that
will guarantee to have you squirming behind your 3D specs and sofas.
