Tribeca Enterprises Signs Long-Term Contract with Rentrak for Measurement of Its On-Demand Film Offering

--Tribeca Film OnDemand Re-Launches as a Year-Round Service--

PORTLAND, Ore., June 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Rentrak Corporation (Nasdaq: RENT), the leader in multi-screen media measurement serving the advertising, television and entertainment industries, today announced a multi-year OnDemand Essentials contract with Tribeca Enterprises to provide advanced measurement services for its Tribeca Film OnDemand offering. Tribeca Enterprises is a diversified global media company based in New York City which operates a network of branded entertainment businesses including Tribeca Film, a distribution label.

Rentrak began providing on-demand measurement for Tribeca Film OnDemand in 2010. Re-launching its on-demand channel as a year-round service, Tribeca Enterprises turned to Rentrak for the insights only set-top-box data can provide in order to help grow its emerging content offering.

Participating cable and telco operators include Bright House, Cablevision, Charter, Comcast, Cox, DIRECTV, RCN, Time Warner Cable and Verizon FiOS.
