Tenor Anthony Kearns to Headline Thurs., Dec. 17 Event at Capitol Hill Club in Washington, D.C.

"Ireland's Finest Tenor" to Appear at Rare Bi-Partisan Holiday Celebration

WASHINGTON, DC - Ireland's finest tenor, Anthony Kearns, headlines a rare bi-partisan celebration at the Capitol Hill Club on Thursday, December 17, 2009. Expected guests at the holiday event include Congressmen, Senators, Ambassadors, senior staff, and Washington's leading public affairs professionals.

Kearns, who is recognized as "Ireland's Top Tenor," will perform at approximately 7:15 p.m. in the Eisenhower lounge of the Capitol Hill Club, located at 300 First Street, Southeast in Washington, D.C. The event formally begins at 6:30 p.m. and should last until 8:30 p.m.

Kearns, a world renowned soloist and founding member of The Irish Tenors, will perform at Thursday's event following the group's recent multi-city tour. The Irish Tenors currently top the Billboard World Charts for their album, Christmas.
