Reality Racing and NASCAR(R) Celebrity Kenny Wallace Announce Agreement to Co-Develop and Produce New Media Properties for the Racing Entertainment Segment

HOUSTON, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Reality Racing (Pink Sheets: RRGI) has signed a non-binding development agreement with Kenny Wallace based on the development, production, and delivery of new media properties for the professional racing and motorsports industries. The two intend to collaborate on various reality-based programs delivered by traditional on-air broadcasting mechanisms, in addition to streaming interactive content via Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) channels. The company expects its first program offering to be in production by the end of the first quarter of 2008.

Quoting from the letter of intent:

I am pleased to present this Letter of Intent (LOI) to outline the
business relationship between Sandler Communications, Reality Racing Inc
(RRGI), and Kenny Wallace to develop various racing-based media
properties, including a reality-based TV show about Kenny Wallace and his
family.

This is a proposal of business terms and a non-binding agreement. Sandler
Communications and Reality Racing (RRGI) will initiate an aggressive
multi-channel program of sponsor and investment outreach such that Kenny
Wallace's annual racing needs will be entirely met for the 2008 Nationwide
season.
