Congressman Jose E. Serrano to Appear on Azteca America's Political Forum 'Issues: Caras y Voces'

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Azteca America, the fastest-growing Hispanic television network in the United States, is proud to present U.S. Congressman Jose E. Serrano on the Nov. 19 transmission of "Issues: Caras y Voces" (Issues: Faces and Voices), a political forum hosted by veteran Latino journalist Armando Guzman.

The district of Congressman Serrano (D-NY) is one of the smallest in the country geographically, consisting of a few miles of the heavily urbanized and populated South Bronx in New York City.
