Swiss Hawk AG Acquires Shareholding in Scandinavian Digital Media Company HomeTV

ZUG, Switzerland, January 26/PRNewswire/ -- Swiss Hawk AG (Frankfurt:YQO, ISIN: CH0028361019, Bloomberg: YQO:GR)
announces that is has acquired a shareholding of approx. 6% in Horse Creek
Entertainment AB (publ), the owner and promoter of HomeTV, which is fast
becoming a leading Scandinavian provider of Video on Demand (VOD) content
solutions. Furthermore Swiss Hawk AG is negotiating an additional substantial
investment into the company in the near future.

The HomeTV management have confirmed their interest to seek a listing on
the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB) Open Market by Q2/2007.
