STUDIO CITY, Calif., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Iconic performer and four-time Grammy Award-winning singer Engelbert Humperdinck is set to host "Whole Lotta Love - Full-Contact Edition," a 30-minute salute to the most heartfelt and timeless of Hallmark Cards and Hallmark Hall of Fame commercial spots which will be broadcast exclusively on Hallmark Channel during the Super Bowl's halftime show, Sunday, February 4 (check local listings).

The magnetic Engelbert Humperdinck (who began his career as Gerry Dorsey) who is known as the "King of Romance" has defined glamour for countless generations. Mr. Humperdinck continues to cross over from generation to generation with style, showmanship and class.

This month, Humperdinck celebrates a milestone with the 40th anniversary of his first international breakout hit "Release Me," an instantaneous hit that topped the British music charts at number-one and soared in the U.S. music charts for 56 consecutive weeks. In its peak the powerful ballad sold an unprecedented 85,000 copies daily and even beat out The Beatles 1967 hit "Strawberry Fields Forever" for the # 1 song of the year.
