Men Ask 'Where's the Love'?: New Survey Uncovers Men Most Likely to Give but not Receive on Valentine's Day

A new national survey by the National Confectioners Association revealed that only six percent of men receive Valentine's Day gifts despite the fact that men spend double what women spend during the February holiday. In fact, individually, men on average dole out more than one hundred thirty dollars for candy, cards and other luxuries as Valentine's Day gifts. NASA Spacecraft En Route to Pluto Prepares for Jupiter Encounter

NASA's New Horizons spacecraft is on the doorstep of the solar system's largest planet. The spacecraft will study and swing past Jupiter, increasing speed on its voyage toward Pluto, the Kuiper Belt and beyond. The fastest spacecraft ever launched, New Horizons will make its closest pass to Jupiter on February twenty-eighth. Jupiter's gravity will accelerate New Horizons away from the sun by an additional nine thousand miles per hour, pushing it past fifty-two thousand miles per hour and hurling it toward a pass through the Pluto system in July 2015.
