Narrowstep Inc. Announces Results of 2006 Annual Meeting

NEW YORK, Oct. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Narrowstep Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: NRWS) , the TV-over-IP Company, held its annual meeting on Thursday, September 28, where stockholders re-elected six current board members to its board of directors for three year terms. They were Stephen Beaumont, Dennis Edmonds, Shelly Palmer, Peter Siddall, Roger Werner and Jack Whyte. Each nominee won at least 98 percent of the shares in attendance.

Narrowstep stockholders also approved the selection of Rothstein, Kass & Company, P.C. as the Company's independent auditor by a vote of 99 percent cast in favor to one percent cast against.

Proposed amendments to the Narrowstep Charter were not approved due to insufficient votes. A seventy five percent majority of outstanding shares was required to pass this proposal.

No further proposals were introduced or voted on at the meeting.
