Armand de Brignac Champagne: Showcased in New Jay-Z Video 'Show Me What You Got'

NEW YORK, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Armand de Brignac Champagne, an ultra- luxury product in the high-end champagne category, has been spotted in the climactic scene of recording artist Jay-Z's video for his song "Show Me What You Got." This is the first single from the rapper's highly-anticipated record KINGDOM COME, slated for release next month.

Armand de Brignac, also called "Ace of Spades", "Gold Bottle", or simply "Ace" for short, is characterized by a striking, solid gold-plated bottle and a dramatic Ace of Spades-shaped label in pewter. Upon docking, Jay-Z hands a mysterious silver attache case to a female attendant and makes his way to a party, where he drops a rhyme about Armand - "Gold Bottles of that Ace of Spades." - while holding the Champagne bottle.

The video then cuts to a card game, whereupon a waiter brings Jay-Z a bottle of another popular champagne brand, one he had endorsed on previous albums. Jay-Z motions for the bottle to be sent back, and the silver briefcase reappears. It's opened to reveal the Armand de Brignac gold bottle. This is not a case of product placement as Armand de Brignac and Jay-Z have not entered into any agreement, sponsorship or otherwise.
