Skeleton Key Entertainment Inks Deal With Rap Hustlaz

Album from Memphis Area Hip-Hop Group Set for Early 2007

NEW YORK, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Skeleton Key Entertainment, the mainstream entertainment division of Mega Media Group, Inc. (http://www.megamediagroup.com/) (EduLink, Inc. (MYIQ.PK)) announced today the execution of an exclusive recording contract with Memphis-based hip-hop group Rap Hustlaz.

The group, which is comprised of members Jack Frost and Kinfolk Kia Shine, recently impacted at urban radio with their promotional single "Stuntglasses @ Nite (Stunna Frames)" and are completing their first studio album which is scheduled for release in early 2007. The two are also known for producing tracks for Ludacris, Juvenile, T.I., Mike Jones, 8 Ball, LaChat and Yo Gotti, as well as for their featured performances on songs with Lil Wayne, Lil Flip, Lil Jon and T.I.

Commenting on the announcement, Jack Frost stated, "We've spent years producing projects for other artists and this is our time to step out and shine.
