Ensequence International Appoints New Managing Director

LONDON, September 28/PRNewswire/ --

- Toby Hack, Former Head of Interactive TV for the OMD UK Group, Joins
Ensequence to Drive European Expansion

Ensequence(R), the world's leading provider of interactive TV authoring
software and services, today announced the appointment of interactive TV
veteran Toby Hack as Managing Director, European Operations for Ensequence
International. Hack will report to Ensequence President Gary Marenzi. In his
new role, Hack will manage European business development and oversee the
day-to-day operations of the Ensequence London office.

"Toby Hack is a significant addition to our team, reinforcing
Ensequence's emergence as the creative community's preferred partner to
deliver interactivity across any video platform," said Marenzi. "Toby's
passion and creativity will enable us to deepen our relationships with the
best brands, programme producers and entertainment channels across the UK and
the rest of Europe. With more than a decade of experience working with the
biggest names in the interactive TV programming and advertising community,
his broad understanding of the interactive TV marketplace will be a great
asset to Ensequence and our clients."

Hack has been at the forefront of some of the most well-known interactive
TV projects, including campaigns for Rimmel, Citroen and Carlsberg. He was
most recently head of interactive TV for the OMD UK Group of companies and
headed up the specialist interactive TV agency OMDtvi and the branded content
division, OMD Fuse. Throughout his tenure in interactive media, Hack has
worked across the full range of OMD clients, and with broadcasters such as
Sky Italia and RAI in Italy as well as ITV/Granada in the UK. He also
developed London TV, the TV channel that is currently available in black
cabs.

"Ensequence is at the forefront of the creation, management and
distribution of interactive video across TVs, PCs and mobile devices, making
this the perfect time for me to join the team," said Hack. "The rapid
proliferation of rich media to all platforms and devices, and the quick
maturing of the television medium to enable leading edge interactivity, bodes
very well for Ensequence. I look forward to helping strengthen the Ensequence
brand across all of Europe and establishing Ensequence as the de-facto
technology and services partner for interactive video."

Hack has achieved wide industry recognition for his work and has won
multiple industry awards, including an award from MediaWeek, one from
Revolution Magazine, and two Marketing Connections awards. He wrote the
Billetts paper on iTV, has lectured at the Media Circle and has spoken at
various conferences in France, Germany, Holland, Spain, Sweden and the United
States.

Hack began his career as a TV buyer in 1995 with OMD UK and spent six
years working across a range of accounts. In this role, he worked extensively
on understanding how people behave in front of the TV, devising new ways of
reaching them and changing behaviour with interactivity. Hack holds a
bachelor's degree from the University of Salford, Manchester.
