FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amore TV, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AMTV), a major participant in the global adult entertainment industry, announced today it has signed a letter of intent with MyCircles.com, the newest Adults Only dating community set to Launch on September 15, 2006.

Amore TV and MyCircles.com will be working together to develop and produce a line of Adult Content (videos, erotica stories, and products) to be marketed exclusively to the members of this new adult community. Amore TV and MyCircles.com will actively advocate the protection of children from sexually explicit material as well as promote the social responsibility of the members of both communities in an effort to guarantee a minor free dating community.
