Clark of Clark Resources Associates, a prominent lobbying firm, to assist in the Company's efforts to obtain federal and state funding for the development of its technologies including the commercialization of the Company's efforts to reopen capped oil wells. Mr. Clark's efforts have already produced results with strong support for the Company from both Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and U.S. Government representatives.
