Former Showscan, PepsiCo Executive Will Sit on Board of Directors and Serve Camelot as Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Ellis brings to Camelot broad expertise in finance, marketing, technology and operations with emphasis on growing revenues, profits and market valuations for both publicly traded and private entities. Formerly an executive with Showscan Entertainment, Knott's Berry Farm and PepsiCo, Ellis has had great success managing P&L of $450 million and CAPEX of $500 million annually, overseeing centerpiece development for the most popular destination attraction in the United States, and rebuilding a NASDAQ global entertainment enterprise.
