ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Feb. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Starz Entertainment Group LLC (SEG) and DIRECTV, Inc. are offering an exclusive free preview weekend to all DIRECTV customers from 6:00 a.m. ET on February 17 to midnight ET February 20.

The free preview will highlight 12 channels in the Starz Super Pack including two channels of Starz, Starz InBlack, Starz Edge, two channels of Encore, Encore Love, Encore Westerns, Encore Mystery, Encore Wam, Encore Drama and Encore Action.

The free preview weekend introduces DIRECTV customers to big Hollywood blockbusters available exclusively on Starz including Bernie Mac and Ashton Kutcher in "Guess Who" and "The Pacifier" starring Vin Diesel. Movies coming to Starz later in 2006 include "Bewitched," "Flight Plan," "Rent," "The Legend of Zorro," "Fun with Dick and Jane," "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe," "Chicken Little" and more.

New DIRECTV customers who sign up for the Starz Super Pack during the free preview weekend are eligible to receive a $25 Target GiftCard. The GiftCard is redeemable at more than 1,400 stores located in 47 states nationwide or online at Target.com. Additionally, movie lovers can enter the "Starz Free Preview Sweepstakes" which will award one grand-prize winner a Panasonic Home Theater System.
