Second Annual Kids Choice Awards CD Taps Kids' Favorite Artists Including Kelly Clarkson and Gwen Stefani

On March 14, Nick Records/SONY B-M-G Strategic Marketing Group will release 'Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice,' a compilation C-D featuring recent hit favorites from today's hottest teen and tween superstars. The album is set to come out in conjunction with the Nickelodeon's 19th Annual Kids' Choice Awards, which will air live on April first at 8pm Eastern Standard. Jack Black will host the high rated show, which honors kids' favorites from the worlds of film, music, sports and television. This year's Nickelodeon's 'Kids' Choice' C-D marks the second installment of the Kids' Choice music franchise. A new survey entitled "American Wedding Study 2006," conducted by The Conde Nast Bridal Group, reveals that the average amount spent on weddings has increased to twenty seven thousand, eight hundred and fifty two dollars, up nearly one hundred percent since 1990 when the average cost was fifteen thousand two hundred eight dollars. Over the last 15 years there has been a four hundred percent increase in the number of destination weddings; the number of weddings per year has increased by two hundred thousand since 2000.
