Vertical Alliance Names Cole Gahagan as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing

DALLAS, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Vertical Alliance, a leading provider of advanced, internet-based ticketing software and technology, announced today the appointment of Cole Gahagan as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his role, Gahagan will help redefine the Company's Sales and Marketing plans, and direct focus towards the acquisition of new clients and strategic partners.

Formally of Tickets.com, Inc., Gahagan delivers over a decade of sports, entertainment and ticketing expertise to Vertical Alliance. As Vice President of Tickets.com's Sales organization, Gahagan managed all new business and client retention efforts for the company. Prior to serving as Vice President, Gahagan quickly rose through the ranks of the Tickets.com Sales and Marketing organization, going from Regional Director of the Southwest, to National Sales Director of the Company's outsourced ticketing group. Before joining Tickets.com, Gahagan helped to establish the U.S. presence of a London-based sports marketing firm, and began his career in Ticketing and Sports with the Dallas Cowboys' Sales and Promotions division.
