China Digital Media Corporation Appoints Two New Directors into the Board

HONG KONG, Jan. 4 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Digital Media Corporation (''Digimedia'') (BULLETIN BOARD: CDGT) announced today that the Company has appointed two new directors, Mr. Lu, CHEN and Mr. Chi Keung, LUI, into the Board of the Company. Currently, Mr. Chen is the Director of Business Development, and Mr. Lui is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Chen and Mr. Lui have joined the subsidiary of the Company since its incorporation.

''I am pleased our corporate officers joining the Board, their appointment shall be able to strengthen the Company's strategic planning and financial management,'' stated Mr. Ng, Chairman and CEO of China Digital Media Corporation. Mr. Chen has over 16 years experience of business development in the banking, telecom and broadcasting industries and his strong managerial expertise in media sector fits well with his areas of responsibility. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chen was the founder and general manager of Guangzhou Vispac Telecom Co Ltd.

Mr. Lui is a Director of Finance and Corporate Affairs of China Digimedia Holdings Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lui was the founder and managing director of Beth Group for more than 7 years. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Lui was the Director and General Manager of Tomson Pacific Group, a Hong Kong listed company where Mr. Lui guided the company in various substantial investments. In addition, Mr. Liu has worked in the commercial and merchant banking fields for more than 10 years.

Recently, the Company has just announced that Mr. Ng, Chairman and CEO of China Digital Media Corporation, has renewed his employment contract with the Company for additional three years and his mission is to take the Company to grow further and create additional value for the shareholders.
