Network LIVE Grows International Management Team With Industry Vets Andy Brilliant and John Gaydon

Company Expands International Reach With Opening of U.K. Office

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Network LIVE, a joint venture between America Online, XM Satellite Radio and AEG, today announced the appointment of two industry vets to drive the Company's international acquisition and distribution strategy, Andy Brilliant and John Gaydon, and the opening of its U.K. office. The appointment of Brilliant and Gaydon, in conjunction with the U.K. presence, exponentially increase the Company's access to worldwide content and territories.

As Executive Vice President, International, Andy Brilliant's responsibilities will include developing and managing global strategic relationships across multiple verticals such as wireless, TV, and broadband. Brilliant will also seek joint venture opportunities on behalf of Network LIVE to build the worldwide distribution network.

As Managing Director of Network LIVE in London, John Gaydon, a proven music business innovator with deep experience in live entertainment production and licensing, will be responsible for global content acquisition and production strategy.

Andy Brilliant

Brilliant is an industry expert in global cable and satellite television. Most recently, Brilliant worked with Kevin Wall to deliver Live 8 to more than 160 countries worldwide. Brilliant has held senior executive positions with HBO, ESPN, Speedvision and Outdoor Life, and Crown Media International (The Hallmark Channel). Brilliant spent nearly seventeen years with ESPN, where he architected and managed the company's international expansion efforts. During his tenure, ESPN International grew to 14 customized regional sports networks and acquired significant interests in a number of the leading sports networks around the world, including Eurosport and The Sports Network (Canada). As Deputy CEO and Executive Vice President of The Hallmark Channel, Brilliant launched the network in key markets including Taiwan, India, Argentina, Brazil, Scandinavia, Turkey and Israel.

John Gaydon

John Gaydon is a proven music industry veteran, pioneering the current live tour sponsorship model known and used today. Additionally, Gaydon brings unparalleled experience to Network LIVE in artist management, music publishing, producing, live event production and distribution, music video production and licensing. Most recently, Gaydon served as Director of Acquisitions and Productions for Eagle Rock Entertainment, where he was a supervising producer for live event DVD productions including Diana Krall, The Black Crowes, Elvis Costello and the Pixies.

A former managing director of Polygram TV International, Gaydon has sold rights to live performances around the globe including live Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon. In 1993 Gaydon co-founded 3DD Entertainment and distributed U2 Live from Boston and Robbie Williams. Gaydon began by forming EG Management in 1969, launching the careers of King Crimson, Emerson Lake and Palmer, T Rex and Roxy Music. In 1981 Gaydon together with Godley & Creme formed Medialab, a leading production company, responsible for several of the 80's most beloved music videos such as Every Breath You Take by The Police and Herbie Hancock's Rockit and a string of high-profile television commercials. In addition Gaydon negotiated sponsorships for various tours including the 1982 Rolling Stones in Europe tour and David Bowie's Serious Moonlight Tour.
