Sinclair Declares Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

BALTIMORE, June 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBGI) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share on the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividends are payable on July 15, 2005, to the holders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2005. The common stock will trade ex-dividend on June 29, 2005.
