Mill Creek Entertainment Launches Exciting Line of Janis Saffell and Guillermo Gomez Fitness Videos

MINNEAPOLIS, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Minneapolis-based Mill Creek Entertainment announces the release of an exciting new lineup of fitness videos from dynamic fitness experts Janis Saffell and Guillermo Gomez. Brand New Butt, Tai Chi Balanced Workout, Dynamic Stretch, Kickbox Strike Zone, Kick It, South Beach Slam, and Kickbox Underground will be released on June 28, 2005, and Beverly Hills Pilates and Beverly Hills Yoga will be released on August 30, 2005. Ms. Saffell will be appearing at the VSDA Home Entertainment Expo on July 26, 2005 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas where she will provide the Wake-up Workout Session on the opening day.

Janis Saffell, brings over 20 years experience to the health and fitness industry as a classically trained ballet dancer, gymnast, coach, kickboxer, martial artist and National & World Aerobic Competitor. She presents new innovative yoga, pilates, stretch, and kickbox fitness programs and has attracted worldwide attention with a busy schedule of speaking engagements and performances. She has taught at some of America's premier fitness clubs, including The Sports Club LA, Eden Roc Resort & Spa & CRUNCH Fitness, in Downtown Miami and popular South Beach.

Janis is the President & CEO of Fitness Express International, a consulting company that produces fitness educational events and product lines world wide. She is the sports wear designer for Couture Active Wear, launched in 2001.

Saffell has been featured in and is a regular contributor to numerous fitness and beauty magazines including Shape, Fitness, Fit, Self, and Muscle Fitness & Hers.
