WHO: Pamela Anderson has been appointed by the M*A*C AIDS Fund as
their newest spokesperson for the VIVA GLAM V Lipstick
advertising campaign.

WHAT: VIVA GLAM V Lipstick and Lipglass are the primary fund-raising
products in which 100% of the sales are donated to people living
with HIV/AIDS. Since 1994, the M*A*C AIDS Fund has raised over
$44 million dollars. In the first year of the VIVA GLAM V 2004
launch, a record $12 million was raised in part due to its
diverse and A-list star line-up of spokespeople, including
Christina Aguilera, Missy Elliot, Chloe Sevigny, Linda
Evangelista and Boy George.

MORE: The M*A*C AIDS Fund provides support to men, women and children
living with HIV/AIDS. Proceeds are distributed to organizations
worldwide that provide direct care services and daily
essentials, HIV/AIDS education, awareness and prevention
programs and programs that support the elimination of prejudice
and discrimination against afflicted individuals. 100% of the
proceeds go to the M*A*C AIDS Fund and then are directed to
local and geographic regions where the need is greatest. For
