NEW YORK, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- VIDITalk Corp., a leading provider of video messaging software, announced today that it has formed a strategic partnership with Capital Edge Learning ("CEL"). The companies provide integrated e-learning solutions for their respective clients.

CEL develops and implements custom e-learning content solutions for its clients. As part of the CEL/VIDITalk partnership, VIDITalk video messaging software will be integrated into CEL's e-learning platform.
