Nicholas M. Brown, Jr. Joins Adaptik Corp.'s Advisory Board as Chairman

BETHLEHEM, Pa., Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The Adaptik Corporation today announced the appointment of Nicholas M. Brown, Jr. to its Advisory Board, on which he will serve as Chairman.

Mr. Brown is retired Executive Vice President of XL Capital Ltd, where he was Chief Executive Officer of XL's global insurance operations. In 1999, Mr. Brown joined XL Capital upon its merger with NAC Re Corp., where he was President and CEO. Prior to joining NAC Re in 1996, Mr. Brown was with The St. Paul Cos., where he was Chief Operating Officer of St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Co. Mr. Brown began his insurance career at Aetna, where he held several senior positions. His last assignment was founding and leading Aetna Select Accounts.

Mr. Brown serves on the Board of Directors of Cybersettle, InsuranceVianet, Q.Know Technologies and Vocational Foundation, Inc. He is also a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.
