Los Angeles Center Studios Signs Six Long Term Leases for Tenants at Full-Service Entertainment Campus

The New Tenants Will Occupy 31,000 Sq. Feet of Class A Office Space - Creating the Largest Entertainment Community in Downtown Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Los Angeles Center Studios (LACS), Los Angeles' most innovative full-service studio complex, a 20-acre entertainment campus in the heart of the city, announced today that it has signed six new long term tenant leases occupying 31,000 square feet of office space.

LACS welcomes Maya Cinemas (theater circuit)/Esparza-Katz Productions ("Gods and Generals," "Gettysburg," "Selena," "The Milagro Beanfield War," "Introducing Dorothy Dandridge"), AMP Filmworks (HD and SD rental equipment), Delfino Entertainment (motion picture production, financing, marketing and distribution), Enterprise Rent-a-Car's Entertainment Division (production services), Gutz Film (production and post production), and Hollywood Paws (an agency for animal actors) to the 20-acre entertainment campus.

Maya Cinemas, Delfino Entertainment, and Gutz Film are currently in short term flex space on the campus and have inked to move into long term space. Key factors among tenants for signing long term leases at LACS include the creative energy of the campus, diverse production services, accommodating staff, ability to network with colleagues in the industry, central location, secure campus, and quality dining on the lot. All three continue to work in short-term production office space during build out of their long term office suites.

The six new tenants join a strong mix of long term and recurring production tenants including: Picture Car Warehouse (one of the industry's top picture car companies with over 500 vehicles to choose from), "Blue Collar TV" (30-minute sketch comedy show on WB from Riverside Productions, Warner Bros. Television Production Inc., and Bahr/Small Productions), "Numbers" (1-hour drama on CBS, Executive Produced by Tony and Ridley Scott), Antics Software (storyboard pre-visualization software company), International Documentary Association, TM Motion Picture Equipment Rentals (grip and lighting equipment), Hollywood Locations (top location service in the entertainment industry), and many more.
