Memorial Hermann Healthcare System Goes Live on XactiMed's Revenue Cycle Solution

DALLAS, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- XactiMed, a provider of claims, remittance and denial management revenue cycle solutions to the healthcare industry, today announced Houston-based Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, MHHS, is now live on its electronic claims processing and management revenue cycle system for all 12 Memorial Hermann facilities.

Both Memorial Hermann and XactiMed report that XClaim was implemented on time, while achieving all client requirements and expectations. The success was due to outstanding project management from both companies throughout the implementation and a thorough parallel testing process prior to go-live. The testing process allowed MHHS to feel very confident about the results of their go-live decision.

Throughout the implementation process XactiMed worked closely with the MHHS team to identify areas for additional automation within the current operation. As a result, XClaim's product capabilities and ease of customization allowed MHHS to increase its first pass rate from 0% to 76% upon implementation.
