Leading Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm Signs Multi-Year Agreement for LoopLink Services and Premium Membership

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- LoopNet, Inc., a leading information services provider to the commercial real estate industry and the operator of the largest commercial real estate listing service online, has signed a multi-year agreement to provide Coldwell Banker Commercial with its LoopLink, Online Advertising and Premium Membership services.

As part of the agreement, Coldwell Banker Commercial will continue to use LoopNet's market-leading LoopLink technology to power their corporate web site and will upgrade to the LoopLink 5.0 platform, which includes enhanced search display capabilities, enhanced mapping and real-time, multi-property e-brochures for all company listings. The LoopLink technology seamlessly integrates all of Coldwell Banker Commercial's property availability listings with LoopNet.com, the largest and most heavily trafficked online commercial real estate listing service. Additionally, Coldwell Banker Commercial will utilize LoopLink technology to power their online directory of real estate professionals.

Coldwell Banker Commercial has also selected LoopNet's Premium Membership services, which provide participating agents with advanced online property marketing and searching capabilities on the LoopNet.com listing service, as well as, full access to the leading suite of online marketing, searching and reporting tools. Coldwell Banker Commercial will utilize LoopNet's Online Advertising platform to gain exposure to LoopNet's 700,000 registered users.
