Leading Business Visionaries, Innovators and Executives Will Headline The 2005 National Show
NCTA Announces General Session Slate Featuring Top Names from Silicon Valley, Hollywood, and the U.S. Cable Industry
WASHINGTON, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Some of America's foremost entrepreneurs, business executives and creative minds will highlight the General Sessions at The 2005 National Show, the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) announced today.
The 2005 National Show, NCTA's 54th Annual Convention and International Exposition, is scheduled for April 3-5, 2005 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.
"Cable's broadband platform has fueled the growth of countless new products and services that lay the foundation for future innovation. The unprecedented lineup of general session speakers at this year's National Show features many of the individuals directly responsible for spurring America's broadband revolution," said Steve Burke, Chief Operating Officer, Comcast Corporation, and Chairman of The 2005 National Show.
Four general sessions are planned for the Show -- one each on Sunday, April 3 and Monday, April 4, and two on Tuesday, April 5. They will highlight how cable's $95 billion technology investment is providing a new outlet for non-traditional content providers, technology innovators and creative masterminds to reach American consumers.
The sessions will take place in the 3rd Floor Ballroom of Moscone West. Panel participants confirmed to date are as follows:
