BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- With the Spring 2005 launch of ALO Hayati Magazine, Unique Image, Inc. "ALO Hayati means 'Hello Darling' -- a daring name selection chosen for its endearing communication to friends and family across the world," says Michael Lloyd, editor-in-chief. "The mission of ALO is to help everyone discover the Middle East without focusing on the negativity often associated with this dynamic region."

While catering to a large Middle Eastern subscriber base, the publication also boasts a significant number of Hispanic and Caucasian readers. The full-color publication is written entirely in English, and its content is completely non-political and non-religious.

"Many publications have surfaced over the years targeted exclusively to the Middle Eastern community with political and religious overtones," says Lloyd. "ALO is the first and only publication that allows advertisers to reach the growing Americanized Middle Easterner [7+ million strong] while delivering an upbeat lifestyle format."

Regular features include social affairs, fashion, cuisine, health, entertainment, travel, art, heritage, business and family values, as well as the best products and services from all corners of the world. While the core audience is the Americanized Middle Eastern community, ALO will also bring stories of individuals from all backgrounds that live with a vision unhindered by boundaries.

"Let us embrace and celebrate the commonality that we all share," says Wafa Kanan, publisher. "The underlying theme throughout is that we are all the same. One voice -- one community -- one publication."

ALO is published quarterly and distributed nationally across the United States. Starting with a reader base of 50,000, Unique Image plans to move toward a monthly schedule as subscriber milestones are reached. "We are excited about the prospect of providing a vast audience and prime outlet for corporate advertisers," says Kanan.
