OAKDALE, Minn., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imation Corp (NYSE:IMN) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable March 30, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2005. This is the seventh consecutive quarterly dividend the Company's board has declared.
