HENRY ROLLINS Two Week Residency at New York's Zipper Theater - Appropriately Titled, 'Caught In The Zipper' - March 22 Through April 2

'Shock And Awe' DVD Out Now

Continued Success for IFC Show 'Henry's Film Corner'

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- After taking his show on the road for the past year -- a road that's stretched from small college towns to major cities to military bases in Honduras, Afghanistan and Iraq -- HENRY ROLLINS is finally standing still long enough to spend two weeks in the same place. HENRY takes his acclaimed talking show, appropriately titled "Caught in the Zipper," to the stage of New York's Zipper Theater for a run of dates from March 22 through April 2.

Meanwhile, HENRY's most recent musings and observations -- from last year's "Shock And Awe ... My Ass" tour -- have just been released on DVD. The DVD, simply titled SHOCK AND AWE, was shot in HD at Seattle's Moore Theater, and was released on HENRY's own 2.13.61 imprint. HENRY's exceptional travelogues and political commentary cross paths, as he recounts tales from his first USO tour (HENRY has since embarked on three more USO tours in the past year, in Iraq and Kuwait, Honduras, and most recently Afghanistan for the second time). And, as always, HENRY adds some levity with a self-deprecating look at his personal life.

HENRY continues to serve up a fat slice of subversive and topical discussions triggered by films past and present in his new IFC TV series HENRY'S FILM CORNER. The show, which premiered on December 4 with director David Fincher as HENRY's first guest, airs on the first Saturday of the month, and in March has been promoted to also appear as part of the Film Fanatic Friday programming. His next guest is Oscar-nominated documentary director Morgan Spurlock, helmer of "Super Size Me."

The multi-dimensional show combines HENRY's passion for film and his intellectual yet entertaining reviews with uncensored, no-holds-barred debate about films, celebrities, and social and political issues in America.

The ever-multitasking ROLLINS also has a lead role in the Dimension/Miramax film Feast, which is the subject of third season of Bravo's Project Greenlight starting in late February.

In December, 2.13.61 issued a revised edition of Get In The Van, HENRY's classic diary of life on the road with Black Flag. The expanded edition includes an additional 50 pages of reproductions of artist Raymond Pettibon's countless Black Flag show flyers, Henry's personal photo reminiscences of the time, and more shots of the band.
