PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- WMGK (Philadelphia) will host the 3rd Annual "WMGK Computer Drive," a computer drop-off program, Saturday, February 26th beginning at 10 A.M. at select area Best Buy locations. Each location will feature a WMGK personality on-site to help in the collection.

Drop-off locations are as follows:

-- Northeast Philadelphia - 9940 Roosevelt Blvd. (Jen Posner)
-- Springfield - 642 Baltimore Pike (Debbi Calton)
-- Deptford - 1851 Deptford Center Road (Ray Koob)
-- King of Prussia - 310 Goddard Blvd. (John DeBella)
-- South Philadelphia - 2300 S. Christopher Columbus Blvd.

Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK has partnered with Nonprofit Technology Resources, part of the Philadelphia Digital Divide Network, to collect the computers and computer equipment. The computers will be restored, refurbished and redistributed to low-income families, Philadelphia area schools or nonprofit organizations. In the Greater Philadelphia region, Nonprofit Technology Resources provides used hardware, computer consulting, telephone support and hands-on training to over 200 nonprofit organizations annually. All donations are tax deductible and Nonprofit Technology Resources is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt 501 (c) 3 organization.

The 2004 "WMGK Computer Drive" netted over 3000 computers that were refurbished and redistributed to deserving recipients throughout the Philadelphia region. The hope of this year's one-day drive will be to surpass last year's donations and provide once again for those in technological need.
