NASHVILLE, Tenn., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- There's More Where That Came From, the seventh album to be released by MCA recording artist and two-time Grammy award winner Lee Ann Womack, hits stores nationwide February 8. Available on CD and classic vinyl (where they are sold), the 12-track album includes Womack's new hit single "I May Hate Myself In The Morning."
"I have never been more proud of an album in my entire career," said Womack when asked of her feelings about the new release. "I've put all my heart and soul into collecting and recording what I feel are the most outstanding songs. This compilation is an album I've dreamed of making since I was a young Texas girl listening to the classics."
Thursday, January 20, Womack debuted the album on the legendary Ryman stage to a packed house of friends, family, Nashville tastemakers, as well as Los Angeles and New York press. The evening was met with thunderous applause and a standing ovation.
After nearly 10 years of putting out music, Womack has sold over 4 million albums and has conquered six top 5 hits and four #1s, including "The Fool," "A Little Past Little Rock," "I'll Think Of A Reason Later" and the mega smash "I Hope You Dance." She has also garnered four Country Music Association Awards, five Academy of Country Music Awards, an American Music Association Award and milestone plaques for Lee Ann Womack (Platinum), Some Things I Know (Gold) and I Hope You Dance (3X Platinum).
