WALNUT CREEK, Calif., Dec. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial real estate transactions could soon be streamlined: Dattar Systems, Inc. (http://www.dattar.com/), an IT solutions provider, has added a commercial appraisal module to its popular AppraisalTrac(R) real estate appraisal management service (http://www.appraisaltrac.com/). The new module enables lenders to manage the workflow of appraisals, environmental reports and other services associated with commercial loans.

Introduced in 2000, AppraisalTrac is a secure, entirely Web-based application. It includes private labeling and branding and integrates seamlessly with the client's existing systems. As a hosted solution, AppraisalTrac requires no capital investment, in-house IT staff or lengthy allocation process: the only requirement for implementing and using it is access to the Internet and a compatible Web browser.
