The Machine Gun Preacher New Documentary will screen at theatres across Florida with a special appearance by The Machine Gun Preacher, Sam Childers.

ORLANDO, Fla., March 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sam Childers and his team are in Florida for the premiere of the newMachine Gun Preacher Documentary which tells the true story of Pennsylvanian, biker Sam Childers. Samovercame a life of drugs and violence to embrace his faith in God and wage a 13-year war to free enslaved children in one of the most dangerous areas in Africa; Southern Sudan. The Angels of East Africa maintains orphanages in Ethiopia and Northern Uganda.

On December 15(th), 2013 a bloody coup attempt began that turned into tribal war in South Sudan...that conflict continues today. Sam and his team are actively involved in rescuing children in that area right now.

Sam Childers' life was the subject of the movie, The Machine Gun Preacher starring Gerard Butler as Sam Childers (2011). In the newMachine Gun Preacher Documentary, the true story of theex 1%er's true identity is revealed, not the Hollywood version of his life. It illustrates the real life challenges that Sam experienced in Africa and the US and to a certain extent today.

Those attending the premiere event will have an opportunity to meet Sam Childers, the Machine Gun Preacher face-to-face and also be able to purchase Sam's new book, Living On The Edge, scheduled for release on March 1.
