FANS MAY VOTE VIA TWITTER WITH DESIGNATED HASHTAGS FROM 10AM-4PM ET; @MLB TO PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES UNTIL WINNERS ARE ANNOUNCED TONIGHT

NEW YORK, July 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- What factors could play determining roles during today's final hours of the 2013 All-Star Game MLB.com Final Vote Sponsored by freecreditscore.com? Will it be the six-hour Twitter voting program? Will the candidates whose teams are scheduled to play before online balloting closes get a boost? Tens of millions of tweets and online votes will be cast today as fans rally support for their favorite candidates. Follow @MLB for the latest standings updates in advance of the 4 p.m. EDT balloting deadline.

Beginning at 10 a.m. EDT, Twitter support from fans will count toward each player's final vote total. Every tweet that includes a player's designated hashtag (noted below in the standings) will be tabulated as part of the official vote total used to determine the final roster spots on the American and National League All-Star Teams.

The All-Star Game MLB.com Final Vote Sponsored by freecreditscore.com is on the verge of breaking the balloting record set four years ago (68.6MM) with 66.2 million votes cast entering today. Current standings are as follows:
